CREST DISPATCH LLC ("Crest Dispatch," "we," "us") provides truck dispatch services to carriers and owner-operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on crestdispatchllc.com and through our text message program, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out a form on our website, contact us, or sign up for our services, we collect:

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, we will text you through our program, CREST DISPATCH LLC Dispatch Alerts, about load offers you requested, load confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, rate quotes, and account or service notices. We do not text people who have not opted in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using our services. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you reply STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run our business: with brokers and shippers when you ask us to book a load for you, with service providers that host our website or deliver our messages and only process data on our behalf, and when required by law. Those providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
We keep your contact and business information while you are an active client or prospect, and for up to 3 years after our last contact unless we are required to keep it longer for tax, legal, or accounting reasons. Records of text message consent are kept for 5 years after your last message so we can show that you opted in.
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email peter@crestdispatchllc.site or call (816) 323-0414 and tell us what you need. We will respond within 30 days. If we have to keep some records by law, we will tell you what and why.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
